Business Administration and MBA courses - University of South
Florida, Tampa, FL. My professional background includes 30+ years
in various corporate management roles in the areas of accounting,
finance, credit & collections and internal audit.
In addition to successfully maintaining license requirements as a
Florida Realtor, my career also includes experience as a licensed
mortgage broker. Other formal training includes: real estate
investing, stock options and business management. I am
also an active Florida Notary Public. |

Why I Chose Real Estate As A Career: |
|
My passion for real estate began during childhood. My parents
noticed that I was always intrigued by the size and differences in
houses; even to the point of imagining how the house would look
painted a different color; I would imagine upgrades and repairs to
some of the homes by adding columns, enclosures, steps and many
other features.
Since becoming a homeowner for the first time in 1972, I’ve owned
several properties, five pre-construction. There is no other
investment like the “american dream”. The pride, flexibility,
value, versatility, financing options, expansion rights, tax
advantages, budget control, protection and equity are just a few of
the benefits to transacting real estate.
I chose real estate for the above reasons and because it is a career
that I can continue to develop and one that I can enjoy for a
lifetime. I also chose real estate because of the many
opportunities it presents to help buyers and sellers fulfill their
needs and desires. |

Real Estate Goals/Accomplishments: |

My goals and objectives in real estate are as follows:

Pursue unlimited opportunities to provide the highest level of
quality service to each client so that I become their “Realtor for
a life

Perform consistently with integrity, dedication, commitment and
enthusiasm so that each interaction is a positive and profitable
experience

Listen to clearly understand clients needs and desires; deliver
the facts promptly and handle each transaction as if it was my own

Maintain the best network of competent mortgage and other
professionals in order to present all available options to my
clients and to expedite the process from contract to closing

Encourage referrals and co-partnerships

Respect and work diligently with all real estate professionals and
assist our team of YHS Jax Realtors in providing the highest level
of expertise in the industry

My commitment is to always deal honestly with
sincerity and confidentiality and with timely feedback. I have
been commended for always working to exceed clients’ expectations.

Personal Accomplishments: |
|
I’ve accomplished many personal goals in corporate America and
received high recognition for several accomplishments. One of which
was: "Poynter Scholar" sponsored by the St. Petersburg Times.
Another was the development of a "self-evaluation team performance
activity" while employed at Coca-Cola.
My personal accomplishments in real estate include the sale of beach
property, motel, restaurant and others. I’ve also been very
successful in assisting clients with credit challenges, many were
able to obtain financing after previously being denied by various
lenders. I am known for working through the tough deals and making
it happen. |

Hobbies/Miscellaneous: |
|
When time
allows, I enjoy spending time with family and participating in
various non-profit & church events. I also enjoy vacation cruises,
stock options trading, a 5,000 piece jigsaw puzzle and relaxing with
a book of “sudoku” grids |
