Why I Chose Real Estate As A Career:

There are so many exciting real estate opportunities in the Jacksonville area …and I believe this market is just getting warmed up!   I expect the Jacksonville area to see years of stable growth fueled by a diverse and growing economy and a continual influx of new residents into the Jacksonville area.  A career in Real Estate allows me to be a part of Jacksonville’s exciting growth as I assist my client’s in fulfilling their real estate goals.   Whether you are buyer looking for your first home or your tenth….I can provide valuable guidance and expertise on the Jacksonville area.

Real Estate Goals/Accomplishments:

I have extensive knowledge of many desirable planned communities in Jacksonville, as well as experience in working with many of the builder’s within these planned communities.  I also have vital information with regards to new communities, retail developments, and transportation infrastructure planned for Duval, St. John’s and Clay county as well as knowledge of the school systems in these areas.

I currently own and manage rental properties in many of these planned communities and stay current on situations and developments within these communities that frequently affect quality of life within these communities as well as the values of homes in them.

With my extensive knowledge of builders, floor plans, pricing and amenities in many planned communities in the Jacksonville area, I can shortcut your path to success in fulfilling your Real Estate goals! 

If you are buying new construction, I will be happy to assist you in getting the home of your dreams by providing guidance at all stages from plan review, to design center, to your final walk-though.  It is imperative that you have a loyal and knowledgeable buyer’s agent.   One on your side to protect your best interests and make sure you are getting the fit and finish your were promised in your contract.  Let me take the stress and frustration out of the home buying process by being by your side, making those calls and contacts to the builder that are often necessary follow through to ensure a smooth closing and a home that is delivered as promised.

If you are buying an existing home, I will be able to provide information on what the current buyer paid for the home, what other homes are selling for in that neighborhood and community and what schools are rated in the community.  I will be able to pinpoint areas of concern for the particular community (such as new developments that are building up along many current planned communities) or for the neighborhood or builder. 

It is important to know that even within planned communities there are often neighborhoods that will be a better choice for you then others.  This can be due to the size of the lots, the minimum square footage of the homes, the amount of updating and upgrades done to homes in the neighborhood, or traffic patterns that send traffic either through the neighborhood or around it.  These details can make a great difference in the level of enjoyment and the amount of appreciation you can expect – so it is best to be as educated as possible when making a decision.

Personal Accomplishments:

After graduating with a B.S. in Business Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, I honed my negotiating and project skills in purchasing management and sales support for a number of multi-million dollar food processing companies. 

Whether negotiating contracts for millions of pounds of flour or negotiating a sales price to a wholesale establishment such as Costco or Sam’s Club, I learned there is always room for a win-win deal where both parties walk away satisfied with the outcome and committed to hold-up their side of the agreement. 

I believe, in all deals there is always a win-win solution.  This is where the objectives of all parties are met and all parties are willing to do what it takes to consummate the deal or fulfill their side of the contract. My objective in Real Estate is to find this win-win solution that will get my buyer in to the house of their dreams at a negotiated price that meets their financial requirements and objectives.

Why I Like Real Estate:

I believe purchasing Real Estate for your own use or as an investment is the greatest thing you can do for you and your family.  The home and location you choose for you and your family will greatly influence all aspects of your life.  As a Buyer’s Agent, I am able to assist and guide my client’s in making choices that will provide them with the future they desire and deserve.  I also can provide guidance on financing, tax advantages and alternative financing strategies that can save you thousands and open the doors to opportunities that many think are out of reach.  Finally, it’s great to meet wonderful people and do what I love, and who could ask for more then that!
