Why I Chose Real Estate As A Career:

Homeownership is one of America’s Greatest Freedoms! I feel that EVERYONE should have an opportunity to realize this dream…  (no matter what their background or circumstance) …  and I truly enjoy helping people both pursue and realize this dream!

Personal Accomplishments:

Growing and learning through ‘Life’s Experiences’ that “I Am Third”…  ‘God First, Family & Friends Second… and, I Am Third’!  I feel that I am a truly compassionate person that gets genuine satisfaction through helping others (unconditionally).

Additionally,  I played one year of College Football, graduated from the University of Florida (’85), worked for both Caterpillar Tractor(Heavy Equip. Sales) & Merrill Lynch (Financial Consultant/Stockbroker), and… now, I am once again involved in ‘The Greater Jacksonville Area’ as a Real Estate Professional.

Why I Like Real Estate:

I like Real Estate for a variety of reasons.  Real Estate can be your home… or, just another house…  it can serve not only as shelter… but, as a retirement vehicle… it can provide many fond memories…  and can help you  increase your assets… Real Estate brings families together and helps these families have a better life. I like Real Estate because of YOU!  

Hobbies/Miscellaneous:

I was born in Jacksonville (Baptist Memorial) and grew up on the Northside off of Lannie Road.  We moved to a farm for 2 ½  years in Suwannee Co, before re-locating to Orange Park…  where I finished High School.  I now reside in the Southside, am a member of ‘Celebration Church’ in Deerwood, enjoy community involvement, the Arts, the Beach , Gator Football, Bass Fishing, Golf and Traveling.
