Background:

Eric has been in sales management for over 15 years.  His career started in retail where long hours and sense of direction created the dedication to his agents and entrepreneurial spirit he has today.

Eric then moved into the training industry specializing in Technology, Team Building, Organization Development, and Personal Coaching.

During this time Eric had always been fascinated with real estate. So now he has a broker license in 2 states and has help develop over 250 successful real estate careers.

Why I Chose Real Estate As A Career:

Eric has been fascinated in real estate since 1989 when he purchased his first home.  Ever since then he has been committed to building a portfolio of successful investment properties.

But the real passion inside Eric is training and developing successful agents.  According to Eric, "There is nothing more satisfying than to see an agent's dream come true of financial success!"

Real Estate Goals/Accomplishments:

Eric's goal is to develop YHS Jax Real Estate as a leader in the Florida real estate industry.  This starts with the YHS Jax agent philosophy to educate the home buyer and seller so they are not wasting the clients time or money.  Eric envisions YHS Jax to be at the forefront of the ever changing Real Estate world.  Working more with buyer's and educating home owners on better ways of selling their home.

Eric also plans to have YHS Jax become very involved in the Jacksonville community.  Working on various well deserving projects to better all citizens of this great city.

Personal Accomplishments:

Eric is happily married to his wife Juli.  He has 3 children (2 boys and a girl).  He also has a weimaraner dog named Vaughan.

Eric, most recently, received honors of "Most Dedicated Manager" along with record breaking figures for the last 2 years.  Eric adds that without the devoted team of agents working for him, these accomplishments would have never happened.

Hobbies/Miscellaneous:

Eric loves to play and watch Baseball, Softball, Hockey, and football.  He loves the beach and the various water activities Jacksonville offers.

Most of all, Eric enjoys spending time with his family
