with the home seller in mind. Years ago when Eric Heineman, the President
of Advantage Real Estate, started his career in real estate he often wondered
why real estate agents asked for a percentage of a home sale as commission.
At first he thought that higher priced homes must receive more marketing or
better service. After the first few months in his real estate career Eric
found that this was not the case. Eric found that most of the time, when an
agent listed a home, regardless of the sales price, the home received the
same amount of marketing and the client received the same level of service.
Eric was convinced that there
was a better way for the home owner to receive great service from their real
estate agent while the home was being aggressively marketed all for a fair
price.
Eric looked at what full service
real estate companies and discount brokers had to offer. Both seemed to
