This is our most
cost effective program that offers a full service real estate marketing
program at a reduced fee. In fact, Value Advantage™ offers three very
unique programs virtually unheard of in today’s real estate industry.

that we will market the property as promised in a timely matter. If not,
we will do everything possible to correct the issue. If the client is
still not satisfied with the solution, they will receive the entire
listing fee back.

the purchase of their next home, we will rebate 50% of the buyer’s
