What is the MLS?
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a directory of properties for sale
through real estate professionals. All properties for sale other than
"By Owner" are listed on the MLS. The purpose of the MLS is to create a
tool for sellers and buyers to meet each other via real estate agents
and ultimately transfer property. Approximately 80% of real estate
transactions occur through the MLS. Traditionally, sellers pay between
4-7% commission to list and sell their property on the MLS...not with
MLS PriorityOne™!
MLS PriorityOne™
is a progressive program that allow sellers the opportunity to list on
the MLS while paying the absolute lowest possible commissions.
Why Use the MLS?
Even though
"For Sale By Owners" can be quite successful selling a home on their
own, it may not be the most efficient way of getting the home sold. In
fact over 65% of all home buyers hear about the house they buy either
from a real estate agent (37%), on the internet (17%) or with a yard
sign (13%). With the MLS Priority One you get all three of these
services for one low price!
