Advantage Real Estate has painstakingly reinvented the way real estate should be bought and sold.  To successfully develop our concepts we first had to recognize two fundamental truths.  First, we had to accept that people can successfully buy and sell property without the assistance of a real estate professional.  That doesn't necessarily mean that they will save money though.  In fact, we have found that when an Advantage Real Estate agent is used in a transaction, our client saves time, money and has less aggravation then the person without an agent.  The second truth is that the real estate industry must consider radical change in the way our business is done in order for our profession to have continued success.  In other words, the traditional broker mind set of charging a six percent commission for listings needs to be changed.  Better customer service and stronger marketing plans need to be implemented as well.  A variety of services should be offered instead of the "one program fits all" mentality.
